The Directorate of TechnicalEducation (DTE) Maharashtra declared the results on Sunday, 14th June 2009

Cet results needed for students to join engineering, medical or pharmacy courses in Govt Colleges . Although the admission process will begin by June end.. However, admissions to the six autonomous engineering colleges will begin from June 18.

The All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) grants permission to new engineering colleges till June 30. The centralised admission process (CAP) will start only after that. The picture of the available number of seats for engineering courses will become clear in the first week of July.



The admissions to medical courses will start soon and the notifications will be declared in the newspapers.

Dr NT Jeevtode of Government Medial College who is competent authority for
MHT-CET in Nagpur district, the restoration of 40 MBBS seats of Indira
Gandhi Government Medical College (IGGMC) that it had slashed, was good news for medical aspirants.

The students should feel happy that the Medical Council of India has restored 40 precious MBBS seats of IGGMC before the admissions begin.
