Responsible for acquiring high end HNI / Ultra customers from the competition networks as well as getting corporate sales/ institutional sales.

Managing Implementation of Company’s Plan, Policies and Procedures

Managing Sales Promotion Planning, Execution and Control

Achieving targeted Post Paid Sales Mobile/Data Card/Fixed wireless Phone directly through the team of Telecallers & FOS (Feet on Street) of DSA (Direct Sales Associates) in my Cluster.

Monitoring NAPP (Newly Acquired Payment Performance) i.e.: bill payment of Ist and IInd bill due customer.

Ensuring smooth Customer Care transactions and customer care delivery at all DSAs for Customer Delight.

Immediate dissemination, briefing & Training of DSA Telecallers & FOS for all new product launches/Processes/Systems etc.

Weekly training of FOS, Tele Callers & Backend Staff for Business Development.

Personally handling & closing of Corporate Account Leads.

Handling a team of 100 people containing Tele Callers & FOS (Feet on Street) for achieving the Targets

Undertaking Local Marketing / Promotional Activities. Like Putting up of Canopies at Market Areas & RWAs

Approach prospects for appointing new DSA .
